Everything you've carried, the stress you pushed through, the feelings there was never time for, the years of putting yourself last, none of it just disappeared. Your body held it for you. And a body that's been holding all of that, in survival, for years, starts to let you know. In your sleep. Your hormones. Your energy. The way you keep getting run down. The way you don't quite feel like yourself anymore. It doesn't go quiet on its own. It gets louder, because it's trying to get your attention.

You're not imagining it, and you're not making too much of it. You're feeling what it costs to hold too much for too long. And here's why something in you knows it's time: the longer it stays in your body, the more it asks of you, your health, your energy, your sense of who you are. That knowing isn't weakness. It's your body telling you it can't keep doing this, and some part of you is finally listening.

WHY NOTHING HAS WORKED

The forcing isn't who you are. It's who you've been being on autopilot.

Those patterns got anchored in your body by survival energy that's been looping in there for years, maybe your whole life. You can't think your way out of it, you've tried, because the body is the voice of the subconscious, and you can't reach the subconscious from your head. You reach it in the body. That's the whole game.

And your body has been keeping score. The sleep that won't come, the hormones that won't settle, the tension that won't let go, the way you keep getting run down and never fully bounce back. This is what survival mode does to a body over time. It's not in your head, and it's not a willpower problem. It's a nervous system and an energy system that have been stuck in overdrive for years, and that's the level all of it is running from. The specialists, the protocols, the supplements work on the surface. They don't reach the root. And until something does, the body keeps sounding the alarm, louder, because forcing harder is the very thing wearing it down.

So we don't slap a better mindset on top and call it healing. We go where it actually lives. Energy medicine and somatic work meet your body where the survival has been held, the nervous system, the energy, the patterns running underneath the symptoms, and we move what's been stuck there for years and build something new in its place.

Not a fix that wears off by Tuesday. A rebuild.

WHY THIS GOES SO DEEP

I work with two kinds of medicine, and they speak to each other.

Our lives shape us through both the experiences we remember and the ones held beneath conscious awareness. When overwhelm, stress, trauma, or emotional experiences are not fully processed, the body, energy and nervous systems often continue carrying their imprint long after the moment has passed. Over time, these unresolved patterns can influence our emotional world, our health, our relationships, and the limitations we experience in life.

The energy and the somatics woven together, over time, with me holding the whole of it, knowing where we've been and where we're going and what the body is revealing along the way. That continuity is its own kind of medicine. It's how the work goes deeper than any one session reaches on its own. The two modalities are reading the same story in the same body, in two languages, and helping each other translate it.

First, your body learns it's safe.

We start lower than your thinking. We bring your awareness back into your body and your energy, and help your system actually feel safe, which it probably hasn't in a long time. Your body won't let go of anything until it trusts it's safe to. As that safety grows, something in you begins to soften.

Then what you've been carrying starts to move.

From that safer place, the things your body has been holding finally get to move. You're not forcing anything. You're letting your body do what it's been wanting to do all along. And as it moves, you feel it: lighter, more space, like you can breathe in your own life again.

The old patterns loosen, and you build who you're becoming.

As that stuck energy clears, the patterns it was holding, the forcing, the shutting down, the putting yourself last, lose their grip. And in the space that opens, we build something new. Not a belief you're talking yourself into, but a new way of being your body actually trusts.

This doesn't live in our sessions and fade by the next week. The new way of being becomes your normal, and you walk away with your own energy and somatic practices, so you can keep choosing her, the awake, alive, wanting woman, for good.

I'm Debra. I came to this work because I couldn't just keep surviving anymore. I'd spent years pushing through, holding it together, and something in me knew there had to be another way to live. So I started learning my own body, with energy medicine, with breath, with somatic work, and I found it. Not a fix. A whole different way of being in my life. That's what I help other women find now.

Here's what we actually do together. We weave two kinds of work, energy medicine and somatic work. I'm not doing this to you while you lie there. We do it together, your body leading, me right there with you, following what it's asking for and going at the pace it sets. Because we're not patching a mood or propping you up for a week. We're changing who you're being on autopilot, and that's not a quick fix. That's a rebuild, and it takes time, and it takes you all the way in.

It's the same work, toward the same place. You choose the way in that fits your life, and how long you want to be held while you do it.

    We work together in the room, including hands-on energy medicine, where I work directly with your body's energy systems alongside the somatic work.

These are founding-client prices while I bring the first women through, the most accessible this work will ever be. Payment plans are available for every option.

If you already know your body is asking for deeper support, the six-month path was created to allow more space, more integration, and a gentler unfolding over time, rather than trying to fit everything into a shorter container.

Because this is deeply personal one-to-one work, I take on only a small number of women at a time, so each client receives real presence, care, and attention throughout the process.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

A few things women often want to know.

  • Most women haven't, and that's completely fine. You don't need any experience for this. Your body already knows how to do this work, that's the whole point, this isn't something I'm doing to you, it's something your body has been wanting to do for a long time. My job is to guide you, gently, into your own awareness, and trust me, your body takes it from there. Beginners often have the deepest sessions, because there's no pre-existing idea of what it's "supposed to" look like. You just show up, and we do this together.

  • We start by settling in, getting present, letting your body land. From there, depending on what you need that day, we might work somatically, bringing your awareness into your body and following what's there, the sensations, the tension, the emotion, and letting it move. Or I might work with your energy, with gentle touch or just above your body, to clear what's blocked and restore flow. Often both, woven together. You stay clothed, you stay comfortable. You don't have to relive anything, push through anything, or talk about anything you don't want to. The sessions are gentle, paced to your nervous system, and almost always feel deeply peaceful. Most women leave lighter, clearer, and more like themselves.

  • This work doesn't always announce itself in big dramatic shifts. Sometimes it does, you feel a release, a wave of emotion, a layer lifting, but more often, it shows up in the in-between. You notice you slept through the night. You didn't snap at someone the way you would have. Your shoulders aren't up by your ears anymore. The thing that used to set you off didn't this time. We track these together, gently, so you start to see your own changes. And if at any point it doesn't feel like it's moving, we talk about it. This is collaborative. I'm reading your body alongside you the whole way.

  • No, and I want to be clear about that. I'm not a therapist, and this isn't a substitute for one. If you're working with mental health that needs clinical care, please keep that support. This is body-based coaching, we work with what your body and energy are holding, not with diagnosing or treating conditions. Many women do both, talk therapy for the mind, this for what lives in the body. The two often work beautifully alongside each other.
