What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is a guided breathing practice (conscious connected breath) that helps your nervous system release stress, tension, and stuck emotions. It's simple, it's powerful, and you don't need any experience.
I'll guide you through the entire session. You breathe. Your body does the rest.
Most people leave feeling lighter, calmer, clearer, and more connected to themselves than they have in a long time.
What to Expect?
You'll lie down or sit comfortably in a quiet space. We will collaborate on the breathwork techniques we are going to use and discuss an intention for the session.
I will guide you into a state of relaxation, encouraging a gradual attuning to what is present emotionally and physically as you pause the demands of everyday life and begin a journey using conscious breathing to release stressors and start connecting with who you truly are, quieting the noise in your mind.
I will guide and cue you through the whole session. There's nothing to figure out, nothing to get right.
You will be in complete control of your own pace and rhythm as you gently learn how to use the breath to release stress, tension, stuck emotions and make space for more love and connectedness, inner peace and clarity.
One session can shift more than you expect. Most people feel the difference before they leave the room.

I'm Debra — a certified PAUSE Breathwork Facilitator with a full year of intensive training in trauma-informed breathwork. Every session I lead is grounded in safety, pacing, and meeting you exactly where you are.

Breathwork is not appropriate for those who are pregnant, or those with cardiovascular conditions, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, history of seizures, stroke, major psychiatric conditions, recent surgery, acute infectious illness, or epilepsy.
