How it Works:
In a session, I guide you into what your body is actually holding. Not what you think is wrong. What you feel. We work with the tension, the stuck emotions, the patterns your nervous system has been running on autopilot.
When your body lets go of what it's been carrying, something opens up. We do this together, your body leading, at the pace it sets.
This isn't talk therapy. It isn't meditation. It isn't mindset work. It's deeper than that. And it's gentle. You don't need to relive anything or push through anything. You just need to show up. I'll guide you through the rest.

A reset when you need relief and clarity, or a way to experience the work and feel what one session can open. Good on its own, and a gentle place to start.
4-Session Package
One session can open something; four lets your body build on it, session to session, so a specific pattern has room to soften and shift. Then, session by session, we go deeper. Gently building your body's capacity to stay present with what it's been avoiding, and to let go of what it no longer needs to carry.
This is not talk therapy. This is not mindset work. This is your body learning, through experience, not explanation, that it's safe to shift.

I'm Debra, a somatic coach trained in Somastery somatic therapy (advanced nervous system work), transformation coaching, NLP, and trauma-informed breathwork facilitation and Eden Energy Medicine. I've spent years studying how the body holds patterns and how to help people release them safely.
