Over the course of six months, we move at a pace that honors your body and your real life – not forcing, not rushing, but gently making space for change to take root.

What Happens in Your 1:1 Coaching Sessions?

Each session is a space for you to slow down, be listened to, and feel supported as you reconnect with yourself. We’ll combine practical coaching, get clear on what it is you want, intention-setting, forward actions, body-based support, and simple steps forward – all based on what you need.
We’ll start by getting clear on what matters most to you. Together, we’ll set meaningful intentions that reflect what you truly want – not what others expect from you.
Your goals won’t be about pressure or performance. They’ll be based on how you want to feel, how you want to show up, and the kind of life you’re ready to create.
As we move through the process, we’ll regularly check in: What’s shifting? What’s getting in the way? What’s opening up? I’ll gently reflect what I notice and help you stay connected to what’s true for you – not what the world says success should look like.
The transformation will be your whole self, not just in the way you think. Growth will feel a little bit easier as we will do a great deal of somatic and energy work, allowing your nervous system to get on board.
We’ll weave in practices to help you get out of your head and into your body, like grounding, mindful movement and nervous system support, so change is more natural and lasting.
You’ll leave each session feeling more clear, more empowered, and more connected to the version of yourself you’re becoming.

Each session meets you where you are, helping you feel grounded, clear, and connected as you move through your healing and growth journey.
