How We'll Work Together

  • Full Coaching Sessions

    Full Coaching Sessions Frequency: Bi-weekly (every 2 weeks).

    Duration: 75-90 minutes.

    Format: Zoom video call.

    What happens: Deep transformation work on identity, beliefs, patterns, and nervous system.

  • Check-In Sessions

    Check-In Sessions Frequency: Bi-weekly (alternating weeks).

    Duration: 30 minutes Format: Zoom video call.

    What happens: Progress check, support with what's arising, accountability, course-correction.

  • Between Sessions

    Email support for questions, wins, challenges, and integration.

    Daily practices (5-10 minutes) to embody your transformation.

    Courageous actions to take in your real life and work - Integration exercises to anchor the shifts.

This Work Goes Deep

We work at the identity, belief, pattern, and nervous system level. You'll feel uncomfortable at times (that's the growth edge). Old patterns will resist (that's normal and we'll work with it). Transformation happens in layers, not all at once. Your success will start to shift as YOU shift.

  • PHASE 1: REVEAL Making the Invisible Visible

    What Happens: We map your identity gap (who you are now vs. who your success needs you to be), excavate the limiting beliefs running your decisions, recognize the patterns keeping you small, and assess how your nervous system responds to visibility, risk, and bold moves. You'll Discover: - The specific beliefs that have been running the show - The patterns you repeat when you want to play small - Where in your body you hold "not enough" or "not ready" - What triggers your nervous system into freeze or shutdown By the End of REVEAL: You'll finally SEE what's been blocking you. Most clients say "I can't believe I didn't see this before!" You'll have clarity, language for your blocks, and relief that you finally understand what's been happening.

  • PHASE 2: RELEASE Dismantling What No Longer Serves

    What Happens: We don't just talk about your blocks - we work with them somatically. We release old beliefs from your body, interrupt patterns in real-time (both in sessions and in your real life), and start regulating your nervous system so being visible, charging your worth, or having difficult conversations doesn't trigger fight-flight-freeze. You'll Experience: - Beliefs loosening their grip (they stop feeling TRUE) - Catching yourself in old patterns and choosing differently - Your nervous system calming when you think about bold moves - Space opening up inside for something new By the End of RELEASE: The old beliefs, patterns, and nervous system responses have loosened. You're not completely free yet, but you can FEEL the difference. You'll start taking small bold actions with support. You'll feel lighter and think "I can actually do this differently."

  • PHASE 3: REWIRE Installing New Identity, Beliefs, and Patterns

    What Happens: We install the new identity (fully visible, confident, trusted professional), anchor empowering beliefs in your body, establish new patterns, and you start taking BOLD moves WITH nervous system support. This is where you don't just think "I should be more confident" - you EMBODY it. You'll Experience: - Physically practicing being the new version of you - New beliefs feeling TRUE in your body (not just aspirational) - Taking bold actions you couldn't before (posting, pricing, difficult conversations) - Your nervous system staying regulated even at your edge - Evidence that the new way WORKS By the End of REWIRE: You embody the new identity (you're not performing it - you're LIVING it).   • PHASE 4: RISE Integration and Sustainable Growth

    What Happens: We make the transformation permanent. You learn what to do when old patterns resurface (they will occasionally), how to stay resourced during continued growth, and how to keep expanding without collapsing back. You build your personal toolkit for lifelong transformation. How to Get the Most From This Work

  • Show Up Fully

    - Be on time and present for sessions and check-ins.

    - Do the practices between sessions (they're how transformation integrates).

    - Take the courageous actions even when you're scared (especially then).

    - Share what's real - not what you think I want to hear.

    - Celebrate your wins (this reinforces new neural pathways).

  • Trust the Process

    - Transformation isn't linear - some weeks you'll feel amazing, others you'll feel stuck.

    - Resistance is part of the journey - when it shows up, we work with it.

    - Your nervous system needs time to recalibrate and learn that growth is safe.

    - The work compounds - each session builds on the one before.

    - Old patterns will try to pull you back - that's normal and we'll handle it together.

  • Communicate

    - Tell me when something isn't working - I can't fix what I don't know about.

    - Share your wins (even small ones) - we celebrate together.

    - Let me know when you're struggling - that's what I'm here for.

    - Ask questions - there are no stupid questions.

    - Give feedback - your experience matters and helps me support you better.

  • Be Willing to Be Uncomfortable

    - Growth happens at the edge - if you're always comfortable, you're not transforming.

    - Your body will resist at first - it thinks visibility and risk are dangerous.

    - Old patterns will try to protect you - we'll work WITH them, not against them.

    - Discomfort is temporary - and it's worth it for who you're becoming.

Logistics & Important Information

  • Scheduling Your Sessions

    How to schedule:

    - You'll receive a link to my Acuity Scheduling calendar.

    - Book your full sessions and check-ins at times that work for both of us.

    - I recommend scheduling 2-3 sessions ahead so you stay on track.

    Zoom links: - Zoom links are included in your Acuity confirmation email.

    - The same Zoom link may be used for all sessions (I'll confirm this with you).

    Time zones: - All sessions are scheduled in Eastern Time (ET).

    - Make sure to check your local time when booking.

  • Rescheduling Policy

    If you need to reschedule:

    - Give at least 24 hours notice.- Reschedule through Acuity or email me at dc.barefootsoul@outlook.com.

    - Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are considered used (unless there's an emergency).

    If I need to reschedule:

    - I'll give you as much notice as possible.

    - We'll find a new time that works for both of us.

    - No penalty to you.

  • Between-Session Support

    How to reach me:

    - Response time: Within 24-48 hours (typically faster).

    - What to reach out about: Questions, wins, struggles, support, accountability.

    What between-session support is for:

    - Quick coaching on something that came up.

    - Celebrating wins and breakthroughs.

    - Support when you're stuck or activated.

    - Accountability for courageous actions.

    - Questions about practices or integration.

    What it's NOT for:

    - Full coaching sessions (those are our scheduled sessions).

    - Emergencies or crisis situations (call 988 or 911).

  • Payment Reminders

    Payment schedule:

    - If you're on a payment plan, payments are due on the dates specified in your agreement.

    - Payments are processed through Acuity (credit card/PayPal) or sent via e-transfer to dc.barefootsoul@outlook.com.

    If payment is late:

    - Sessions and check-ins will be paused until payment is received.

    - No late fee, but we can't continue until your account is current.

    - Sessions will resume once payment is confirmed.

  • Session Preparation

    Before each session:

    - Find a private space where you can speak freely and won't be interrupted.

    - Have water nearby (nervous system work can be thirsty work!).

    - Wear comfortable clothes - we may do some body-based work.

    - Turn off notifications so you can be fully present.

    - Have a journal or notepad if you like to take notes.

    - Come with whatever is most alive - trust what wants attention.

    Technical setup:

    - Test your Zoom connection before the first session.

    - Make sure your camera and microphone work.

    - Have a backup plan (phone with Zoom app) in case of tech issues.

  • In Case of Emergency

    This coaching is not crisis support. If you're in crisis or experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact:

  • Schedule Your First Session

    Use the Acuity link I'll send you. Pick a time in the next 7-14 days (or sooner if you want!). Block off 90 minutes for Session one.
